These are wonderful studies of a truly spectacular species of bird, Ana. I have seen images of the white males before and wondered if they were albino, but I see that is not the case and that they are a subspecies of the blue peafowl caused by a genetic mutation. Your photos show that the white ones are just as fabulous as the usual blue ones!
Hi Ana, The colourful peacock I have seen in India in the wild and of course in parcs in the Netherlands. Th white species I have seen in the Netherlands in a place called Staverden. They are kept there on an estate since 1400! Greetings, Kees
